Overtime’s virtual dunk challenge just made staying at home way easier

It’s a wrap! Overtime and Chinatown Market have launched a virtual, #StayAtHome dunk contest.

Fans interested can post to their Instagrams, 6 to 30-second videos of themselves dunking ANYTHING. And, of course, prizes will be awarded out to the winners. All one has to do is tag @overtime and @chinatownmarket on the app.

Creativity is encouraged. There are absolutely no rules, except that you have to be at home. Fans can dunk on whatever hoop, in whatever room they want.

A hand-picked group of celebrity guest judges will review the submissions and choose winners. The first-place winner will receive a $1,000 care package from Chinatown Market and Overtime. Fans who win second and third place will also receive prizes.

For those who don’t want to partake in the dunk show, or just want to support a good cause, they can purchase hoodies, sweatpants, and more through Overtime. All proceeds will go to Direct Relief to COVID-19 essential workers and responders.

Sports fans stretch across the globe, and we all need some athletics in our life right now. Overtime appeals to the next generation, the generation of kids that are restless at home right now, searching for fun activities.

This dunk challenge is a fun and ambitious way to keep fans active and use their brains to come up with cool tricks to improve upon their dunk submission.

Chinatown Market is a popular streetwear fashion brand that also uses fun and interactive exercises to appeal to audiences. This collaboration for the dunk challenge is going to be a lot of fun.

The best we can do right now is to stay home, stay positive and healthy, and wait for the quarantine out while our courageous medical professionals figure out a cure and solution. For our medical professionals, and other workers of essential businesses, it is respectful to them when we stay home.

Overtime and Chinatown Market’s collaboration on the dunk challenge is about fun, creativity, and respect for workers in the field.
