One of the cribs Pablo Escobar used to live in is being turned into a resort

Pablo Escobar was the most legendary drug lord of all time. Now, they’re turning his life story into Netflix movies and his old cribs into resorts.

According to the site Dezeen, art dealer Lio Malca has turned Escobar’s mansion in Tulum, Mexico into some sort of “art-filled boutique hotel.”

Malca converted the nine-bedroom estate into a 24-room hotel that is sure to have a heavy influx of Instagram models getting flown out by rich dudes every weekend.

Shit is fly, no lie, and you can tell they put mad bread into this. While it is a little sketchy to turn his old home and place of business into a resort, Pablo did leave it abandoned years before he died in 1993. No disrespect!

Malca is the man responsible for these renovations and display of contemporary art throughout the crib. You’ll find some of the most high-end shit from Basquiat to KAWS.

Art is also frequently rotated out so you might never see the same pieces if you visit more than once!

This luxury accommodation is obviously for the rackiest of the racky and it could realistically be an invite-only type of situation. When you’re staying in the wealthiest Colombian drug dealer of all time’s crib, that’s just a flex.
