New app lets you request consent to have sex with your partner before smashing

To avoid claims of sexual harassment or assault, and to ensure all parties are on the same page, a new app has been invented to take care of one night stands, casual sex, and everything in between.

LegalFling is a newly developed software that’s simple and easy. The same way you would send a money request or a text message, you can send a request for consent.

By pressing “accept,” the app binds you into a legal consent form with your partner, and gives you a detailed description of what you’re in for and what you can expect.

Just so, you know, there’s no confusion about the sex your having.

The contracts can be broken by withdrawing consent. But you don’t have to worry about anyone reading your contract except you two — each one is protected by blockchain, the security technology that keeps bitcoins safe.

According to Metro UK, the agreement can also “be used in long term relationships, with users able to add an infinite duration all the way down to a couple of hours.”

The app’s website explains the concept behind the origin:

“Sex should be fun and safe, but nowadays a lot of things can go wrong. Think of unwanted videos, withholding information about STDs and offensive porn reenactment. While you’re protected by law, litigating any offenses through court is nearly impossible in reality. LegalFling creates a legally binding agreement, which means any offense is a breach of contract. By using the Live Contracts protocol, your private agreement is verifiable using the blockchain and enforceable with a single click.”

This app could make sex with strangers and new partners a lot easier and take a huge weight off everyone’s shoulders.

This way, everyone is able to stay healthy and safe when it comes to sex, and more importantly, have fun all around… on the other hand, do you really need an app to get consent?
