Florida high school shooting survivor speaks the truth on gun control
The 17 people who fatally fell victim to the bullets of Nikolas Cruz’s semi-automatic weapon on Valentine’s Day at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida did not die in vain.
Not to mention the 14 who were wounded as a result of the shooting rampage. We also can’t forget those who survived. This is one memory that will never fade.
Like, why do we still have a gun control issue in 2018? Survivor of the shooting, 17-year-old David Hogg, thinks that “without action, ideas stay ideas, and children die.”
Hogg spoke his mind as he looked directly into a CNN news camera letting the world know that,
“We need to dig out of this hole… We need to step out of it and take a look back and realize there’s something seriously wrong here. Some of our policymakers…need to look in the mirror and take some action.”

Although Hogg is so young, just witnessed such a traumatic event, and had two of his sister’s friend die from the gunfire, he sounds more rational than our Republican officials.
Their reaction to the 18th mass shooting this year – thoughts and prayers with no call for a solution, again. How many more innocent people need to die at the hand of some lunatic with the power of a gun? It seems as if an NRA agenda takes precedence over the lives of the next generation.
It’s time for our political parties to put aside their differences for the greater good, according to Hogg. He told CNN,
“This is the 18th [mass shooting] this year. That’s unacceptable. We’re children. You guys are the adults. You need to take some action and play a role. Work together, come over your politics, and get something done.”

In all honesty, Hogg should be groomed for the Oval Office. This kid is amazing, has a great head on his shoulders, and is the reason why preserving the youth is so important.
The longer we take to figure out this gun control issue the more children are going to die. WAKE THE FUCK UP SHEEPLE AND NO CHILD SHALL FEAR DEATH!
David Hogg for president!
