DJ Khaled to drop legendary doc, ‘Father of Asahd: The Album Experience’

DJ Khaled has “another one” for all of his fans. Following the drop of his latest album the legendary producer will be releasing the documentary, Father of Asahd: The Album Experience, exclusively on May 21 via TIDAL.

The trailer looks extremely lit as we watch high-speed clips of hip-hop’s greatest like Big Sean, Jigga, and Meek Mill bop to the fire tracks. Adding to the cinematic hype, reels of behind the scene shots compliment the gas.

Not only is Father of Asahd one of the most anticipated albums of 2019 but it might just be DJ Khaled’s best work yet.

Singles like “Top Off” featuring Jay-Z, Beyonce, and Future and “No Brainer” featuring megastars Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper, Quavo prove that this LP will be one for the books.

There are also rumors circling that Khaled has recorded tracks with the late Nipsey Hussle and the iconic John Legend. Obviously, Father of Asahd is definitely looking to leave its musical mark on the culture.

Consequently, because the album and doc are in high demand TIDAL is allowing its members to attend a live screening of the Father of Asahd: The Album Experience at The Apollo on May 21.

Additionally, at The Apollo, Khaled will sit down with Elliot Wilson for his CRWN interview.

“Fan love turned out big for this one and we had to step it up and take over the legendary Apollo Theater. The most iconic stage is necessary for this iconic moment,” said DJ Khaled.

“I worked so hard on this project and I cannot wait for everyone to see. This is going to be BIG.”

Furthermore, if you are a TIDAL member you can also RSVP for the album release party on May 17 (location deets pending RSVP).  If you’re not able to make it to The Apollo don’t worry. Members can tune in to the live interview or the documentary, here.
